Rainbow Pancakes 60 g Protein Pancake Premix 1 egg ¼ cup milk 5 food colouring options Combine 1 egg and ¼ cup milk in a bowl. Add 50g Protein Pancake Premix and mix. Split mixture into 5 and add a different food colouring to each (enough for one pancake per colour). Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan. Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.
