Make a bowl cake out of any premix by following this simple recipe
1 egg
½ cup milk
¾ tbsp Macro Mixes Premix of choice
toppings of choice
Mix 1 egg and ½ cup milk in a bowl.
Add 3 heaped tbsp of any Macro Mixes Premix that you have.
Add extra milk for desired consistency and stir.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Top with anything your heart desires, some suggestions: Drizzle, yoghurt, berries, chocolate, nuts or granola.

Strawberry Vegan Chococino Muffins Muffins 250 grams Vegan Chococino Muffin Premix 2 bananas 2 tbsp nut butter 180 ml milk strawberries Chocolate frosting melted chocolate chips coconut yoghurt 1 tbsp cocoa powder cocoa nibs Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease your muffin tray. Add banana, nut butter and milk to a blender and blend. Add the Vegan Muffin Premix to the bowl and pour in wet ingredients (add chopped strawberries for something extra). Stir mixture well. Chococino Muffin Pancakes
Chococino Muffin Pancakes
50 g Chococino Muffin Premix
1 egg white
60 ml milk
Combine egg white and milk in a bowl.
Add 50g Chococino Muffin Premix.
Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
Cook over medium heat, flipping when browned.
Serve with mylktart drizzle & sugar free white chocolate!

1 tbsp instant coffee (can sub decaf)
1/2 cup mylk of choice
3 tbsp Vegan Hot Chocolate (can sub Vegan Chococino Muffin )
1/2 cup ice
1/4 tsp vanilla essense
sweetner of choice
Add all the ingredient to a blender and blend until combined.
Add more mylk if too thick.
Add more ice or too watery.
