Choc Chip Banana Bars 120 grams Vanilla Protein Porridge 100 grams banana 30 grams peanut butter 1 tbsp sweetener of choice 80 ml milk 50 grams choc chips other crunchy bits like nuts or buckwheat Blend the banana, peanut butter, sweetener and milk together. Weigh out the porridge into a bowl and stir through choc chip, any other crunchies. Pour blended mix into a bowl and mix. Line a loaf tin with grease proof paper. Spoon mixture in and use the back of the spoon or your hands to flatten. Pop into the freezer for a few hours to set....

Nutty Banana Bread Baked Porridge
60 grams Vanilla Protein Porridge
1 egg
½ large banana
40 ml milk
1 tbsp nut butter
1 handful seeds
Using a fork or a blender, combine all the ingredients except the porridge and the nuts.
Mix the wet mixture into your porridge and stir in the nuts.
Microwave for 2 mins- 2 mins 30 seconds.
Serve with Cream cheese & Honey.
Tip: Heat up your cream cheese in the microwave for a few seconds and then add the honey so that it is sweet and delicious.

Make a bowl cake out of any premix by following this simple recipe
1 egg
½ cup milk
¾ tbsp Macro Mixes Premix of choice
toppings of choice
Mix 1 egg and ½ cup milk in a bowl.
Add 3 heaped tbsp of any Macro Mixes Premix that you have.
Add extra milk for desired consistency and stir.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Top with anything your heart desires, some suggestions: Drizzle, yoghurt, berries, chocolate, nuts or granola.
