Beetroot Protein Pancakes Delish Beetroot Protein Pancakes 1 egg 60 ml milk ((can sub for nut milk)) 50 grams cooked beetroot 4 tbsp Vanilla Pancake Premix ((50 grams) ) Blend egg, milk and beetroot. Add 3 heaped tbsp of any Macro Mixes Premix that you have. Add extra milk for desired consistency and stir. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
