Add 3 heaped tbsp of any Macro Mixes Premix that you have. Add extra milk for desired consistency and stir. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Top with anything your heart desires, some suggestions: Drizzle, yoghurt, berries, chocolate, nuts or granola.

Banana, Oat & Nut Breakfast Bars 180 g Chocolate Protein Oats 1 ripe banana (mashed) 1 egg 1 cup raisins ½ cup pecan nuts (or any nuts of choice) ½ tsp baking powder pinch of salt Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a baking tray. To a bowl add 180g Chocolate Protein Oats, 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 1 cup raisins, 1/2 pecan nuts, 1/2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix to combine.
