50 grams Chocolate Protein Proats Premix
1 egg
50 ml milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp xylitol/honey/maple syrup
Toppings
Brownie Butter Drizzle
Toasted oats
desiccated coconut
cacao nibs
Combine all ingredients and mix.
Spoon pancake mix into a greased pan.
Flip when golden.
Add your toppings and enjoy!

Make a bowl cake out of any premix by following this simple recipe
1 egg
½ cup milk
¾ tbsp Macro Mixes Premix of choice
toppings of choice
Mix 1 egg and ½ cup milk in a bowl.
Add 3 heaped tbsp of any Macro Mixes Premix that you have.
Add extra milk for desired consistency and stir.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Top with anything your heart desires, some suggestions: Drizzle, yoghurt, berries, chocolate, nuts or granola.

Banana, Oat & Nut Breakfast Bars 180 g Chocolate Protein Oats 1 ripe banana (mashed) 1 egg 1 cup raisins ½ cup pecan nuts (or any nuts of choice) ½ tsp baking powder pinch of salt Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a baking tray. To a bowl add 180g Chocolate Protein Oats, 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 1 cup raisins, 1/2 pecan nuts, 1/2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix to combine. Spread mixture evenly onto baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Let them cool and serve with any drizzle of choice!...

Choc Oat Pancakes
50 g Macro Mixes Choc Protein Oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
40 ml milk
Combine 1 egg and 40ml milk in a bowl.
Add 50g Choc Protein Oats and mix.
Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
Cook over medium heat, flipping when firm.
Top with some PB drizzle & enjoy!
