Croissant French Toast Pancakes
Croissant French Toast Pancakes
50 g Protein Pancake Premix
1 egg ((or 2 egg whites))
100 ml milk
cinnamon
bread/croissant of choice
Combine your milk and eggs in a bowl.
Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
Slice your croissant or bread of choice and dip it into the mixture.
Pop your croissant pieces on a medium heated stove and flip when golden.
Enjoy with some mylktart drizzle or if you like it simple – just a little bit of honey!

Pumpkin Fritter Pancakes
Pumpkin Fritters
200 g Steamed pumpkin (can sub banana, butternut or sweet potato)
20 ml milk
1 egg
70 g Protein Pancake Premix
pinch of salt
Mash up your pumpkin with a fork and set aside.
Combine your egg and milk in a bowl.
Add in steamed pumpkin and Protein Pancake Premix and combine.
Cook on a greased pan over a medium heat.
Top with our Pancake Spice and serve warm!

Carrot Cake Porridge
Carrot Cake Porridge
50 g Carrot Cake Premix
1 grated carrot
handful crushed walnuts
1 tbsp nut butter
50ml almond milk ((heated))
Pop all ingredients in a bowl besides nut butter and combine.
If you like your porridge runnier, you can add more milk.
Top with your nut butter and any other desired toppings!

Apple Crumble
Apple Crumble 100 g Protein Pancake Premix 2 apples ((chopped)) 1 tbsp vanilla essence 60 ml liquid sweetener 1 tbsp nut butter 1 tsp cinnamon handful walnuts/pecans ((optional)) For apples: Preheat your oven to 170 degrees. Combine cinnamon, chopped apples, vanilla essence in a bowl and mix. Pop mixture into the microwave for 4 minutes. For topping: Combine Protein Pancake Mix, liquid sweetener, nut butter and mix. (Add some extra cinnamon if you like). Combine until a 'crumby' texture forms and then add in your nuts. Place your cooked apple in a oven friendly dish, and crumble the topping mixture...
