Beetroot & Nana Pancakes 50 g Protein Pancake Premix 1 heaped tbsp cooked beetroot (from jar) 1 tbsp beetroot juce 50 g banana 50 ml milk of choice 1 egg To a blender add 1 heaped tsp cooked beetroot, 1 tbsp beetroot juice, 50ml milk and 1 egg and blend. In a bowl add 50g Protein Pancake Premix and pour into blended mixture. Stir to combine. Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan in desired shape (if you want to make a bunny).
