
Pumpkin Fritters
- 200 g Steamed pumpkin (can sub banana, butternut or sweet potato)
- 20 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 70 g Protein Pancake Premix
- pinch of salt

Mash up your pumpkin with a fork and set aside.

Combine your egg and milk in a bowl.

Add in steamed pumpkin and Protein Pancake Premix and combine.

Cook on a greased pan over a medium heat.

Top with our Pancake Spice and serve warm!
