Blueberry & Coconut Pancakes
50 g Protein Pancake Premix
1 egg
¼ cup milk
¼ cup blueberries
Combine 1 egg and ¼ cup milk in a bowl.
Add 50g Protein Pancake Premix, blueberries & mix.
Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.
Top with yoghurt mixed with peanut butter, extra blueberries & some toasted coconut!

Peanut Butter Birthday Cake Pancakes
50 g Birthday Cake Premix
1 egg
60 ml milk
1 tbsp PB2 powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
Combine 1 egg and 60ml milk in a bowl.
Add 50g Birthday Cake Premix, PB2 powder & peanut butter and mix.
Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.
Top with yoghurt & extra peanut butter – because you can never have too much!

Protein Pancake Bites
Pancake Cereal
50 g Protein Pancake Premix
1 egg
60 ml milk
1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
Combine ingredients for pancake and mix.
Add syrup and mix.
Grease a pan and spoon tiny blobs of mixture onto it. If you have a squeezable bottle it will work even better!
Cook on a low heat. Flip after 3 mins.
Enjoy with milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon!

Biscoff Pancakes
Biscoff Pancakes
50 g Protein Pancake Premix
¼ cup milk
1 egg
Biscoff Biscuits (enough for each pancake)
Combine your milk & egg in a bowl.
Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
Pour pancake batter onto a greased pan over a medium heat.
Place a Biscoff Biscuit on top of each pancake and cover with more mixture before flipping.
Top with cream cheese, Biscoff spread and some crushed up Biscoff biscuits!
