200 grams Vegan brownie Premix
½ tin red kidney beans ((can sub for chickpeas))
2 eggs ((can sub for 1 banana))
1 cup milk ((250ml))
2 tbsp nut butter
1 cup berries (frozen/fresh)
Pour premix into medium-sized bowl.
Blend kidney beans (use whole tin for extra fudgy consistency) , eggs and milk.
Add wet mixture into brownie premix and stir.
Stir in nut butter and half of the berries.
Bake for 40 mins at 180 degrees.
Serve with more berries and nut butter.

Delish Beetroot Protein Pancakes
1 egg
60 ml milk ((can sub for nut milk))
50 grams cooked beetroot
4 tbsp Vanilla Pancake Premix ((50 grams) )
Blend egg, milk and beetroot.
Mix in Pancake Premix.
Spoon pancake batter into pan in heart shapes.
Cook on medium heat.
Top with nut butter and raspberries.

Make a bowl cake out of any premix by following this simple recipe
1 egg
½ cup milk
¾ tbsp Macro Mixes Premix of choice
toppings of choice
Mix 1 egg and ½ cup milk in a bowl.
Add 3 heaped tbsp of any Macro Mixes Premix that you have.
Add extra milk for desired consistency and stir.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Top with anything your heart desires, some suggestions: Drizzle, yoghurt, berries, chocolate, nuts or granola.

Strawberry Vegan Chococino Muffins Muffins 250 grams Vegan Chococino Muffin Premix 2 bananas 2 tbsp nut butter 180 ml milk strawberries Chocolate frosting melted chocolate chips coconut yoghurt 1 tbsp cocoa powder cocoa nibs Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease your muffin tray. Add banana, nut butter and milk to a blender and blend. Add the Vegan Muffin Premix to the bowl and pour in wet ingredients (add chopped strawberries for something extra). Stir mixture well.
