Chocolate Cake 3 bananas (ripe) 2 eggs ½ cup milk 1 nana loaf premix 3 large tbsp skinny hot chocolate ((can sub for cacao or normal hot chocolate)) 40 grams milk chocolate bar (melted) Blend bananas, eggs and milk (blend for 2/3 pulses – the mixture should be thick, not a smoothie texture). Add your nana loaf mixture and your hot chocolate/ cacao and stir together (don't add liquid yet). Pour in blended wet ingredients and stir while you add your melted chocolate. Citrus Spiced Pancakes For the Pancakes 100 grams Pancake Premix 2 eggs 120 ml milk 2 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp mixed spice ½ tsp cardamom 1 zested orange Blueberry Chia Compote 1 cup blueberries 2 tsp chia seeds 2 tbsp orange juice Combine all the pancake ingredients together and mix.
