Almond & Orange Zest Biscotti’s 150 grams Protein Pancake Premix 3 eggs 60 grams drippy nut butter 1 tbsp almond essence 1 orange chocolate & crushed almonds Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Pour protein pancake premix into a bowl. In a bowl or mug of choice, beat together the eggs, nut butter (almond recommended), the juice of 1 orange and 1 tbsp almond essence. Pour your egg mixture into your dry premix and mix until a dough forms. Use your hands! Shape your dough into a flattish log shape. Place onto a greased oven tray and bake for 10 minutes....
Coconut & Goji Berry Granola
Coconut & Goji Berry Granola 100 grams Protein pancake premix 50 ml milk 20 grams almond butter ((can substitute with any nut butter) ) 10 grams coconut flakes 3 tbsp goji berries 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp xylitol Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Beat milk and almond butter together with a fork. Add protein pancake premix, coconut flakes, goji berries and spices and mix, add any additionals such as nuts, seeds and dried fruit. Mixture should be thick. Grease a flat oven tray and spread the mixture onto it using a fork. Try and make it as thin as possible....
Banana & Peanut Butter Mug Brownie
Banana & Peanut Butter Mug Brownie 60 grams vegan brownie premix 1 banana 1 tbsp peanut butter 30 ml milk In a bowl, mash half the banana and add the peanut butter and milk and mix. Pour in 60 grams of the vegan brownie premix and mix again. Get a mug that you want to eat your brownie out of. Slice the remaining half of the banana and arrange it around the bottom and sides of your mug. Pour your brownie mixture in. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
