
Strawberry Crepes
Crepes
- 50 grams Protein Pancake Premix
- 1 egg
- 10 grams butter
- 100 ml milk
- strawberry flavour drops ((optional) )
Filling Options
- 150 grams yoghurt
- 50 grams chopped strawberries
- xylitol/sweetener of choice
Topping Options
- coconut Flakes
- shaved almonds
- nut butter
- ice cream of choice

Heat Strawberries up in the microwave/ on a pan.

Combine the strawberries with the rest of the Crepe ingredients in a bowl and beat with a fork/whisk.

Heat a pan on medium heat and grease with butter, oil or spray.

When heated, lift the pan and pour on 1/3 of your batter while making a swirling potion with your wrist to spread the batter out. You can even use the back of your spoon to spread it.

Place the pan back on the heat and flip once the edges start to lift and bubbles form.

Cook for a few seconds, take off the heat and then repeat to make the next Crepe.

Prepare fillings, fill Crepes, add toppings and enjoy!
