Almond & Orange Zest Biscotti’s 150 grams Protein Pancake Premix 3 eggs 60 grams drippy nut butter 1 tbsp almond essence 1 orange chocolate & crushed almonds Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Pour protein pancake premix into a bowl. In a bowl or mug of choice, beat together the eggs, nut butter (almond recommended), the juice of 1 orange and 1 tbsp almond essence. Coconut & Goji Berry Granola 100 grams Protein pancake premix 50 ml milk 20 grams almond butter ((can substitute with any nut butter) ) 10 grams coconut flakes 3 tbsp goji berries 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp xylitol Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Beat milk and almond butter together with a fork. Add protein pancake premix, coconut flakes, goji berries and spices and mix, add any additionals such as nuts, seeds and dried fruit.
