Nutty Banana Bread Baked Porridge
60 grams Vanilla Protein Porridge
1 egg
½ large banana
40 ml milk
1 tbsp nut butter
1 handful seeds
Using a fork or a blender, combine all the ingredients except the porridge and the nuts.
Mix the wet mixture into your porridge and stir in the nuts.
Microwave for 2 mins- 2 mins 30 seconds.
Serve with Cream cheese & Honey.
Tip: Heat up your cream cheese in the microwave for a few seconds and then add the honey so that it is sweet and delicious.

Banana & Peanut Butter Mug Brownie 60 grams vegan brownie premix 1 banana 1 tbsp peanut butter 30 ml milk In a bowl, mash half the banana and add the peanut butter and milk and mix. Pour in 60 grams of the vegan brownie premix and mix again. Get a mug that you want to eat your brownie out of. Brownie Butter Bounty Pancakes
50 grams pancake premix
1 egg
60 ml milk
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp brownie butter drizzle
Combine pancake premix, eggs and milk and mix.
Add in coconut and mix.
Fold brownie butter drizzle through, not mixed in completely.
Spoon pancake mixture onto greased pan.
Flip when golden, serve with more brownie butter drizzle and enjoy!
