Peanut Butter Birthday Cake Pancakes
50 g Birthday Cake Premix
1 egg
60 ml milk
1 tbsp PB2 powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
Combine 1 egg and 60ml milk in a bowl.
Add 50g Birthday Cake Premix, PB2 powder & peanut butter and mix.
Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.
Top with yoghurt & extra peanut butter – because you can never have too much!

Brûléed Banana Proat Pancakes
60 g Vanilla Protein Oats (can sub 30g regular oats (blended) & 30g protein powder)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
40 ml milk
1 tsp lemon juice
2 eggs
1 banana
Blend your oats if using regular and add them to your protein powder.
Combine your eggs, milk and lemon juice.
Add to your Vanilla Protein Oats mixture or your ‘homemade version’.
Add your salt & baking powder.
Combine until smooth.
Cook over a medium heat and flip when golden.
Top with pan fried banana, plenty honey & enjoy!

Matcha Choc Chip Pancakes
50 g Protein Pancake Premix
1 egg
¼ cup milk
1 tbsp matcha powder
Combine 1 egg and ¼ cup milk in a bowl.
Add 50g Protein Pancake Premix, your matcha powder and mix.
Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
Cook over medium heat, flipping when firm.
Top with some extra choc chips & enjoy!

3 egg whites
1 cup milk
1 tbsp flour of choice
Pop all your ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
Pour mixture onto greased pan.
Cook on medium heat.
Flip when edges are golden and start to lift.
Sprinkle with our Pancake Spice & some lemon juice!
