
Traditional South African Pancakes
- 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp flour of choice

Pop all your ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.

Pour mixture onto greased pan.

Cook on medium heat.

Flip when edges are golden and start to lift.

Sprinkle with our Pancake Spice & some lemon juice!
