Biscoff Pancakes
50 g Protein Pancake Premix
¼ cup milk
1 egg
Biscoff Biscuits (enough for each pancake)
Combine your milk & egg in a bowl.
Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
Pour pancake batter onto a greased pan over a medium heat.
Place a Biscoff Biscuit on top of each pancake and cover with more mixture before flipping.
Top with cream cheese, Biscoff spread and some crushed up Biscoff biscuits!

Savoury Leftover Crèpes
Savoury Leftover Crèpes
50 g Protein Pancake Premix
4 egg whites (or 2 eggs)
60 ml milk
savoury fillings of choice
Place all ingredients into a blender except savoury fillings and blend.
Pour batter onto a greased pan over a medium heat and flip when edges start to cook.
Finish off with your filling of choice. We used pork, onion, cabbage, cheese and cranberry jelly.

Okonomiyaki Inspired Pancakes 1 cup shredded cabbage 1 diced carrot 80 ml water 2 eggs 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce ½ cup Protein Pancake Premix Add all ingredients besides pancake mix to a bowl and mix. Then add the pancake mix. Batter should be thick – similar to our usual pancake consistency. Grease and heat a non stick pan to medium high heat. Trout Blinis
50 g Protein Pancake Premix
1 egg
¼ cup full cream milk
creme fraiche
trout/smoked salmon
Combine milk & eggs together in a bowl.
Add Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
Pour batter onto a pan over a medium heat in mini pancake shapes.
Flip when golden.
Top with creme fraiche & trout/salmob.
Add some dill, salt and pepper!
