Biscoff Pancakes 50 g Protein Pancake Premix ¼ cup milk 1 egg Biscoff Biscuits (enough for each pancake) Combine your milk & egg in a bowl. Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix. Pour pancake batter onto a greased pan over a medium heat. Place a Biscoff Biscuit on top of each pancake and cover with more mixture before flipping. Savoury Leftover Crèpes 50 g Protein Pancake Premix 4 egg whites (or 2 eggs) 60 ml milk savoury fillings of choice Place all ingredients into a blender except savoury fillings and blend. Okonomiyaki Inspired Pancakes 1 cup shredded cabbage 1 diced carrot 80 ml water 2 eggs 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce ½ cup Protein Pancake Premix Add all ingredients besides pancake mix to a bowl and mix. Then add the pancake mix. Batter should be thick – similar to our usual pancake consistency. Grease and heat a non stick pan to medium high heat.
