
Trout Blinis
- 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup full cream milk
- creme fraiche
- trout/smoked salmon

Combine milk & eggs together in a bowl.

Add Protein Pancake Premix and mix.

Pour batter onto a pan over a medium heat in mini pancake shapes.

Flip when golden.

Top with creme fraiche & trout/salmob.

Add some dill, salt and pepper!
