
Blueberry & Coconut Pancakes
- 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup blueberries

Combine 1 egg and ¼ cup milk in a bowl.

Add 50g Protein Pancake Premix, blueberries & mix.

Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.

Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.

Top with yoghurt mixed with peanut butter, extra blueberries & some toasted coconut!
