Brûléed Banana Proat Pancakes
60 g Vanilla Protein Oats (can sub 30g regular oats (blended) & 30g protein powder)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
40 ml milk
1 tsp lemon juice
2 eggs
1 banana
Blend your oats if using regular and add them to your protein powder.
Combine your eggs, milk and lemon juice.
Add to your Vanilla Protein Oats mixture or your ‘homemade version’.
Add your salt & baking powder.
Combine until smooth.
Cook over a medium heat and flip when golden.
Top with pan fried banana, plenty honey & enjoy!

Babootie Baked Protein Oats 60 g Vanilla Protein Oats 40 g fat free yoghurt 60 ml milk of choice 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tbsp salt handful of sultanas/raisins 1 tsp baking powder 100 g meatballs 1 tbsp sugar free chutney 1 egg (for topping) Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Combine your milk, yoghurt and chutney in a bowl. In a seperate bowl add your Vanilla Protein Oats, curry powder, salt, dried fruit, baking powder and mix until combined. Crispy Oat French Toast
Crispy Oat French Toast
Bread of choice
1 egg
Milk of choice (we used chocolate oat milk)
30 g Chocolate Protein Oats (can use vanilla)
Combine your milk and egg together in a bowl.
Dip your bread into the eggy mixture.
After dipping it into the eggy mixture, dip the bread into the protein oats till it is fully coated.
Pop some butter onto a pan and cook your French toast over a medium heat until crispy.
Serve warm with some peanut butter & maple syrup.
