Mexican Savoury Baked Oats 50 g Vanilla Protein Oats ½ cup steamed corn 40 g fat free yoghurt 60 ml milk 2 tsp chipotle spice or paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a small oven proof dish. Combine 50g Vanilla Protein Oats, 1/2 cup steamed corn, 40g fat free yoghurt, 60ml milk of choice, 2 tsp chipotle spice, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder to an oven safe bowl and mix until combined. Banana, Oat & Nut Breakfast Bars 180 g Chocolate Protein Oats 1 ripe banana (mashed) 1 egg 1 cup raisins ½ cup pecan nuts (or any nuts of choice) ½ tsp baking powder pinch of salt Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a baking tray. To a bowl add 180g Chocolate Protein Oats, 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 1 cup raisins, 1/2 pecan nuts, 1/2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix to combine. Choc Oat Pancakes
50 g Macro Mixes Choc Protein Oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
40 ml milk
Combine 1 egg and 40ml milk in a bowl.
Add 50g Choc Protein Oats and mix.
Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
Cook over medium heat, flipping when firm.
Top with some PB drizzle & enjoy!
