BrĂ»lĂ©ed Banana Proat Pancakes 60 g Vanilla Protein Oats (can sub 30g regular oats (blended) & 30g protein powder) 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 40 ml milk 1 tsp lemon juice 2 eggs 1 banana Blend your oats if using regular and add them to your protein powder. Combine your eggs, milk and lemon juice. Add to your Vanilla Protein Oats mixture or your ‘homemade version’. Add your salt & baking powder. Combine until smooth.
