
Salted Caramel & Almond Pancakes
Lush Salted Caramel & Almond Protein Pancakes for brekkie.

Pancake batter
- 50 grams Pancake Premix
- 1 egg
- 60 grams milk
- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tsp almond essence
Salted Caramel Drizzle
- 2 tbsp almond butter ((can sub for other nut butter))
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp xylitol
- 1 crack/pinch salt

Combine pancake batter ingredients in bowl with fork and put aside.

Make drizzle in the microwave/ in a saucepan by combining the ingredients, heating for 30 seconds and mixing. Heat until desired consistency (but stir every 20s).

Spoon pancake batter into greased pan and add some drizzle onto the pancakes.

Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.

Serve with remainder of drizzle, toasted almonds and slices of banana.
