Beetroot baked porridge 4 tbsp Vanilla Protein Porridge 1 egg 1 tbsp almond butter 30 ml milk 1 tbsp beetroot powder Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Microwave for 2 mins 30seconds. Big Banana Pancakes Pancake batter 60 grams Pancake Premix 1 egg ½ mashed banana ¼ cup reduced fat cream cheese ((or yoghurt)) Yoghurt drizzle 1 tbsp yoghurt ((or reduced fat cream cheese)) 1 tbsp xylitol Mix together all pancake batter ingredients in a bowl. Pour batter into a medium heat greased pan (enough to create a thin layer over the base of the pan). Flip when bubbles appear. Brownie Loaf 1 Vegan Brownie Premix 3 Bananas 2 eggs 160 ml milk handful chocolate chips Blend your eggs, 2 bananas and milk together until smooth. Add blended mixture as well as your chocolate chips to the Vegan Brownie Premix and mix. Place mixture into a lined loaf and slice the third banana in half and place on top!
